### Supported languages
Secret Santa is currently available in English, Catalan, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Hungarian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish and Ukrainian.

# New Secret Santa event
Tap on Start Secret Santa from the home screen.
### Send by Email / SMS / WhatsApp
Secret Santa app lets you create new events by sending the invitation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, Line and Telegram.
If your preferred messaging service is not listed, you can still send the invitations at a later stage.
Follow the steps to create your new event.
#### Organize Event
This view asks for
* Event Name: the name of your event. Such as "Family Christmas"
* Budget: defined budget for each Secret Santa gift
* Event Date: the date on which the gift exchange will take place
#### Add your participants
The first participant added is yourself, the organizer. Write your name and email address. You can also select your contact information from the Contacts list 
.
After adding yourself, you can add all other participants.\
If you add the particpant's email address, the invitation will automatically be sent by email. To send an invitation by SMS or another messaging service, fill in the phone number or leave it empty.
#### Exclusions
The next step is setting exclusions. If two or more particpants should not be matched, tap their names. This is especially useful to prevent couples offering one another a gift or for any other reason.
#### Additional message
This is the place where you can add specific instructions that will be sent with all invitations.
#### Sending invitations
This is where the magic happens. Each Secret Santa gift pair is sent by email. If some email addresses aren't reachable or you want to send an invitation by SMS it will be possible in the next step.
#### One more step
This last step enables you to send individual invitations by SMS, WhatsApp, Line, Telegram or any other messaging service.
Make sure to tap on each name to send the invitation before closing the app.
The **Other Options...** menu option pops-up the regular text sharing action sheet to use other messaging services that aren't listed.
# Troubleshooting
### I am the organizer and did not receive the email
Don't panic 🙂. Your Secret Santa events are safely stored on your device.
If you did not receive your Secret Santa invitation first check the Spam folder. If you still have no email you can retrieve it from Secret Santa App.
Follow these steps to get your Secret Santa invitation

2. Tap on the **Your groups**
3. Select the event
4. Next to your name, tap on the options button •••
5. Send by email to send the invitation to yourself

### One or more participants did not receive the Secret Santa invitation
Secret Santa allows you to check the status of all emails that are sent.

3. Select the event

Here is a list of status codes displayed in your Secret Santa group.
| Status | Explanation |
| ---------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Opened | Email was successfuly received and opened. |
| Sent | Email was sent. |
| Sent by SMS | Invitation sent by SMS. |
| Sent by WhatsApp | Invitation sent by WhatsApp. |
| Sending | Email is prepared to be sent but might be delayed. |
| Error | The email address does not exist or the email service blocked it for spam. |

For each person where **Error** is displayed, it is necessary to resend the invitation.

### Re-sending the invitation

1. Open Secret Santa app
2. Tap on **Your groups**
3. Select the event
4. Tap on the options button ••• next to a person's name

To resend an invitation, tap on the options button ••• next to the participant's name.\
Then select how you want to resend the invitation: Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Line, Telegram...
You will then be prompted for the person's email / number / contact.
### I accidentily deleted a Secret Santa event
No worries, contact us directly through the app. We will un-delete your Secret Santa event so you can continue managing the event.\
We respond to all emails.
# Frequently asked questions
### I purchased on my iPhone, can I use it on my iPad?
Yes, of course! When you purchase Secret Santa Premium on your iPhone, you can restore the purchase on another device (iPhone or iPad). Make sure that you use the same Apple ID on both devices.
### Can I create more than one Secret Santa group?
Yes, Secret Santa app can hold as many groups as you wish.
### Someone in my group did not receive the email
Please refer to [troubleshooting](/english/troubleshooting#re-sending-the-invitation).
### Can I add a wishlist?
Wishlists are available since November 2022. Each participant receives a link to their wishlist in the Secret Santa invitation. You can re-send the link to the wishlist by using the **Send message to all** feature in the group options.
### Is the organizer included?
Yes, the organizer is included in the Secret Santa group and will receive an email with the name of their Secret Santa.
### Change event date
We will add some Secret Santa event editing features in the future.\
In the meantime, if you wish to change the event date, change the budget or edit the message to participants, please contact us directly through the app.
### Duplicating an event
You can duplicate last year's event and exclude last year's outcome. This means that a new raffle is made and nobody will offer a gift to the same person as last year.
To duplicate an event, follow these steps:

3. Tap on **Your Secret Santas**
4. Select the event
5. Tap on the options button ••• at the top right
6. Select "Duplicate event"

# Comenzar Amigo Invisible
Toca en Comenzar Secret Santa desde la pantalla de inicio.
## Envíalo por Email / SMS / WhatsApp
La app de Secret Santa te deja crear nuevos eventos enviando tu invitación por email, SMS, WhatsApp, Line y Telegram.
No te preocupes si tu servicio de mensajería preferido no está en los que mencionamos, igual podrás enviar tus invitaciones más adelante en el proceso.
Sigue los siguientes pasos para crear tu nuevo evento.
### Organizar Evento
Esta pantalla te pedira:
* Nombre de Evento: el nombre de tu evento. Puede ser algo como "Navidad en Familia"
* Presupuesto: define el presupuesto para cada regalo de Secret Santa
* Fecha del Evento: la fecha en la cual el evento tomará lugar
### Añade los participantes
El primer participante a añadir eres tu mismo, el organizador. Escribe tu nombre y dirección de email. ¡También puedes seleccionar los datos de tu lista de contactos.
Luego de añadirte, podrás añadir el resto de los participantes. Si añades el email del participante, tu invitación será envíada inmediatamente a esa dirección. Para enviar una invitación por SMS u otro servicio de mensajería, pon su número telefónico o deja la casilla en blanco.
### Exclusiones
El siguiente paso es establecer las exclusiones. Si dos o más participantes no deberían ser emparejados, toca en sus nombres. Esto es muy útil para evitar que algunas parejas se ofrezcan regalos por una u otra razón.
### Mensaje Adicional
Aquí puedes escribir instrucciones adicionales y enviarlas con todas las invitaciones.
### Enviando Invitaciones
Aquí es donde ocurre la magía. Cada pareja de Secret Santa es envíada por email. Más adelante podrás ver otras opciones para enviar tu invitación si esta no es alcanzable por email o quieres enviarla por SMS.
### Sólo un paso más
Este último paso te permite enviar invitaciones particulares por SMS, WhatsApp, Line, Telegram u otro servicio de mensajería.
Asegúrate de tocar en cada nombre para enviar la invitación antes de cerrar la app.
En la opción del menú **Otras opciones...** abre una ventana normal para compartir donde podrás utilizar otros servicios de mensajería que no están en los mencionados.
# Solución de Problemas
## Soy el organizador y no recibí el email
¡Que no cunda el pánico! 🙂. Tus eventos de Secret Santa están guardados en tu dispositivo.
Si no recibiste tu invitación, primero revisa tu carpeta de Spam. Si aún así no lo encuentras, puedes recuperar tu invitación desde el App de Secret Santa.
Sigue estos pasos para obtener tu invitación de Secret Santa:

4. Al lado de tu nombre, toca en el botón de opciones •••
5. Elige "Envíar por email" para enviarte tu invitación

## Uno o más participantes no recibieron la invitación
Secret Santa permite revisar el estado de todos tus emails enviados.

## Reenviando la invitación

3. Selecciona el evento
4. Selecciona el botón de opciones ••• al lado del nombre de una persona

Para enviar una invitación, toca en el botón de opciones ••• al lado del nombre del participante. Luego, selecciona como quieres reenviar la invitación, ya sea por email, SMS, WhatsApp, Line, Telegram o algún otro.
# Preguntas Frecuentes
## Compré Secret Santa para mi iPhone, ¿puedo usarlo en mi iPad?
¡Por supuesto! Al hacer la compra de tu Secret Santa Premium para iPhone, puedes restaurar tu compra en otro dispositivo sea (iPhone o iPad) . Sin embargo, asegúrate de que tu Apple ID sea igual en ambos dispositivos.
## ¿Puedo crear más de un grupo en Secret Santa?
Si, nuestra app soporta tantos grupos como quieras.
## Alguien en mi grupo no recibió el email

# Novo evento de Amigo Secreto
Toque em Iniciar Amigo Secreto na tela inicial.
## Enviar por e-mail / SMS / WhatsApp
O app Amigo Secreto permite criar novos eventos enviando o convite por e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp, Line e Telegram.
Se o seu serviço de mensagens favorito não estiver na lista, você ainda poderá enviar os convites posteriormente.
Siga as etapas para criar seu novo evento.
### Organizar evento
Nesta tela, você precisa preencher
* Nome do evento: o nome do seu evento, tipo "Natal da família Silva";
* Valor: o valor estipulado para cada presente de amigo secreto;
* Data do evento: a data em que a troca dos presentes acontecerá.
### Adicionar os participantes
O primeiro participante adicionado será você, o organizador. Digite seu nome e endereço de e-mail. Você também pode selecionar suas informações de contato na Lista de contatos .
Após se adicionar, você poderá adicionar todos os outros participantes.
Se você adicionar o endereço de e-mail do participante, o convite será enviado automaticamente por e-mail. Para enviar um convite por SMS ou outro serviço de mensagens, preencha o número de telefone ou deixe-o em branco.
### Exclusões
A próxima etapa é definir as exclusões. Se dois ou mais participantes não devem se tirar, toque nos nomes deles. Isso é útil para impedir que casais troquem presentes entre si ou qualquer outro motivo.
### Mensagem adicional
É neste lugar que você pode adicionar instruções específicas que serão enviadas com todos os convites.
### Como enviar convites
Aqui é onde a mágica acontece. Cada par de presentes do amigo secreto é enviado por e-mail. Se algumas mensagens de e-mail forem devolvidas ou para enviar um convite por SMS, consulte a próxima etapa.
### Mais uma etapa
Esta última etapa possibilita enviar convites por SMS, WhatsApp, Line Telegram ou qualquer outro serviço de mensagens.
Certifique-se de tocar em cada nome para enviar o convite antes de fechar o aplicativo.
A opção de menu **Mais opções...** exibe a folha de ação de compartilhamento de texto comum para usar outros serviços de mensagem que não estiverem na lista.
# Guia de solução de problemas
## Eu sou o organizador e não recebi o e-mail
Calma 🙂. Os seus eventos de amigo secreto estão armazenados com segurança no seu dispositivo.
Se você não recebeu seu convite para o amigo secreto, verifique primeiro a pasta de Spam. Se não houver nenhum e-mail lá, você pode recuperá-lo a partir do aplicativo Amigo Secreto.

## Comprei o app no my iPhone. Posso usá-lo no meu iPad?
É claro! Ao comprar a versão premium do Amigo Secreto no seu iPhone, você pode restaurar a compra em outro dispositivo (iPhone ou iPad). Lembre-se de usar o mesmo ID Apple em ambos dispositivos.
## Posso criar mais de um grupo no Amigo Secreto?
Sim. O aplicativo Amigo Secreto pode ter a quantidade de grupos que você quiser.
## Alguém do meu grupo não recebeu o e-mail
